About The Position

SS&C Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within our target markets. This role will focus on selling SS&C's EVOLV software solutions to prospective clients. SS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and health care operations. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of proven sales experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial services operations, including banking and asset management, and/or alternative investments
  • Experience selling complex software solutions or services to CFO and CRO of Banks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how SS&C's solutions can address them.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and SS&C.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, product, and client services, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SS&C product enhancements.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
