About The Position

We're seeking a Sales Executive to help expand our footprint across the workers' compensation industry. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys both opening doors and developing long-term partnerships. You'll work with carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and other industry stakeholders to identify needs, present solutions, and build lasting client relationships. This role will require travel (20-30%) to trade conferences and client meetings. Workers' compensation isn't just another product—it's about helping injured employees receive the care and support they need while helping employers navigate challenging situations. Success in workers' compensation is built on trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships. It's a consultative sales environment where strong relationships often lead to years of repeat business. Workers' compensation is a resilient industry that remains important regardless of economic cycles. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
  • A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach
  • Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals
  • Ability to manage a large territory and stay organized in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the workers' compensation market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers nationwide
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
