3E is seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing Commercial team. This high-visibility, high-impact role will drive enterprise-level growth by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and pursuing new business opportunities in a dynamic, expanding market. The role is designed for a proactive "hunter" who takes ownership of the top of the funnel through research, insight, and persistence. The ideal candidate is energized by outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and building strategic relationships from scratch. They will operate with urgency and precision, navigating complex sales cycles and driving high-value deals from first meeting to close. This is a self-driven environment where building and owning pipeline is celebrated. The position is hybrid, based in the Bethesda, MD office, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
