About The Position

The Sales Executive will arrange for the sale of vehicles to create the best vehicle-buying experience for your customers, build long-term business relationships, with the potential to earn uncapped progressive commissions.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume work environment.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Salvage Title experience is preferred.
  • Automotive Industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Procuring new leads.
  • Staying connected with the current clients.
  • Negotiating & closing vehicle sales.
  • Guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process.
  • Assisting with the title rebuild and inspection process.
  • Assist with the release and delivery.
  • Keeping constant communication with the clients to guide them through the transaction.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
