The estimated annual income is $180,000, with unlimited potential for growth based on performance. There is also a base hourly wage of $18 plus performance-based incentives. Requirements

  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

  • Experience in real estate sales.

  • 2 + years of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred.
  • Two years of Hilton Grand Vacations family experience.

Responsibilities

  • Presenting and selling vacation ownership products to prospective clients.
  • Focusing on presentations and closing deals due to company-provided leads.
  • Providing follow-up communication (phone, email, written, in-person) to customers to improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the client relations team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Attending sales training and meetings to stay updated on company products.
  • Generating new leads through referrals.
  • Promoting a positive team environment and adhering to HGV's core values and policies.
  • Welcoming clients and presenting luxury Hilton Grand Vacation Club ownership products to potential buyers.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and providing follow-up to ensure customer happiness.
  • Liaising with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest-related issues as they arise.
  • Attending all sales training and sales meetings for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation Club product and related updates.
  • Applying selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations.
  • Using various forms of communication (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with Guests and Owners.
  • Performing follow-up interactions to complete a sale online using appropriate HGV technology and adhering to HGV inventory selling guidelines.
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer.
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.
  • Work well in a team environment.
