About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is expanding its sales organization in Honolulu and is seeking to hire a Real Estate Sales Executive. This role offers the opportunity to work under a global brand, handle high-value products, and achieve performance-based compensation. It is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and hospitality, or those aiming for high sales performance and income. The position involves proposing and selling vacation ownership products to prospective customers who visit the sales gallery. HGV provides all leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or self-generation, allowing sales representatives to focus solely on presentations and closing deals. The role is characterized by a high closing rate due to the strong brand, a stable supply of leads, a sales structure focused on closing, and incentive-based compensation that fairly rewards performance. The target annual earnings are $90,000, with unlimited potential for growth based on performance. The compensation structure includes an hourly wage of $18 plus performance-based incentives. High performers can achieve annual earnings exceeding $100,000. HGV also offers support for obtaining a real estate license, a sign-on bonus, and training programs for unlicensed individuals, enabling career advancement from entry-level with specialized skill development.

Requirements

  • Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with shown ability to close sales.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Fluency in Japanese and Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • High communication skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Commitment to results and desire for high income.
  • Proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a Hawaii State Real Estate License.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services.
  • Previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
  • 2 years or more of timeshare/vacation ownership experience.
  • 2 years or more of experience with Hilton Grand Vacations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential owners and present luxury vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
  • Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV core values and policies.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
  • Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer.
  • Propose and sell vacation ownership products to visiting customers.
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, or in person to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the client relations team to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Participate in sales training and meetings to stay updated on company products.
