In this role, you will meet with homeowners, diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues, and provide custom solutions using our industry-leading products and systems. Requirements

  • Proven in-home sales and closing ability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated by high earning potential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Self-disciplined with a high level of accountability and ownership
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based role
  • Ability to maximize both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Run company-provided, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners
  • Perform thorough inspections to identify foundation and waterproofing issues
  • Present custom solutions and close sales during the appointment
  • Build trust quickly and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Maximize each opportunity through upsells, add-ons, and referrals
  • Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Track activity, performance, and results within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
