About The Position

We are seeking a commercially-minded and analytical Sales Engineer to drive the success of our Brand Protection business. Partnering closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, you will act as the bridge between complex client challenges and Corsearch’s innovative solutions. This is a highly consultative, client-facing role where you will move beyond technical specs to uncover business pain points, analyze data, and present impactful solutions that resonate with executive decision-makers. As a key player in our growth, you will help prospects visualize the future of their brand security and empower our commercial teams to win.

Requirements

  • Proven Pre-Sales Experience: experience in a solution consulting or pre-sales role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the brand protection or intellectual property industry, or a demonstrated ability to master and articulate complex legal and technical concepts rapidly.
  • Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Strong data skills with experience using advanced Excel, BI, or ETL tools to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and large audiences, with the ability to navigate high-pressure RFPs and tight timescales.
  • Commercial Mindset: Laser-focused on closing deals and demonstrating ROI.
  • Storytelling: Ability to take complex data and turn it into a compelling narrative that connects with a client’s emotional and financial motivations.
  • Consultative Approach: Natural problem-solver who enjoys digging into a prospect's operations to find efficiencies and "aha!" moments.
  • Collaborative Agility: Thrives in a team-selling environment, supporting peers while simultaneously managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Proactive Curiosity: Stays ahead of the curve on brand protection trends and technical tools (including AI and automation).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to execute winning sales strategies aligned with customer needs.
  • Lead the discovery phase to uncover a prospect’s unique business issues, objectives, and operational hurdles.
  • Perform deep-dive research into how a prospect’s products and trademarks are represented online.
  • Use advanced analytical tools to identify specific threats and translate raw data into a narrative that highlights the urgent need for Brand Protection.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the Corsearch platform, articulating specific value propositions and proving how the platform solves specific business problems.
  • Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to provide hands-on evidence of the platform’s benefits.
  • Estimate the financial impact for prospects by building "Cost vs. Benefit" models that justify the investment to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the global sales engineering playbook by identifying long-term market trends and collaborating with team members.
  • Brief post-sale teams on the success criteria established during the sales cycle to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
