  • Configure and assist providers in utilizing advanced AI features beyond basic note generation, such as ICD coding, orders, Patient 360, carry forward, and pre-visit summaries, ensuring compatibility with the customer's EHR.
  • Translate clinical documentation requirements into template requests for the template engineering team and manage template updates within a 24-hour SLA during pilots.
  • Maintain pilot health by managing the pilot Slack channel, triaging in-pilot requests (template, integration, app feature) within 24 hours, and updating Salesforce with status and usage information.
  • Support the sales team by answering integration and feature questions, assisting in the weekly integrations sales desk, and completing technical sections of RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Ensure successful customer hand-off to the implementation team by documenting the integration, templates, provider list, and known issues.
  • Improve team processes by escalating integration and product findings to Engineering with clear reproduction steps and contributing to the development of tooling and playbooks for faster SE onboarding.

Benefits

  • Work at the frontier: LLM-generated notes, codes, and orders landing in production EHRs at real practices, every week.
  • A close working relationship with Product and Engineering.
  • Documented SLAs, a written playbook, and a team that helps you ramp.
  • A clear path into Forward Deployed Engineering, enterprise Sales Engineering, or Product.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
