The role also provides technical support, guiding customers in the design, installation, and setup of transverse jaws for packaging machines, troubleshooting sealing issues, and collaborating with the internal engineering team for product modifications and design approvals. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will coordinate internally by communicating customer feedback to engineering and production, assisting with administrative duties such as invoicing and documentation, and coordinating with logistics to meet customer-specific shipping and delivery requirements.
