Sales Engineer Trainee - Southern/Central California Territory
About The Position
RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineering Trainee with a high level of energy, passion, and motivation. The company will provide an extensive, in-depth 6-month training program focused on bearing products, applications, selling methods, and effective communication techniques. This training program is located at the corporate headquarters in Oxford, Connecticut, and includes opportunities to visit various divisions across the United States. Upon successful completion of the training, the trainee will be assigned a sales territory in Southern/Central California and a home base, requiring approximately 50% travel within the territory. The role involves selling RBC Bearings' products directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and industrial distributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or Business
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Technical Sales Experience and sales training
- Initiative driven by strong social and interpersonal skills to support external sales
- Adaptability

Responsibilities
