The Sales Engineer I will drive sales deliverables, handle administration and internal communication, and provide education for internal teams, resellers, and distribution. This role requires continuous skill development and involves providing presentations of company solutions, conducting 'proof of value' and 'proof of concepts' assessments, assisting in deeper qualification of customer requirements, and contributing to opportunity responses in the CRM. The Sales Engineer I will provide active signposting, contribute to the technical success of a customer's life-cycle, and record/track customer activity via CRM, providing technical feedback. They will also complement resources from Enablement teams, assist Sales teams with channel enablement beyond basic demonstrations, and stay updated on industry knowledge from a technical perspective. Additionally, this role involves developing and maintaining testing programs/demonstration environments, planning and coordinating the work of colleagues, performing conceptual, systemic, creative, and methodical activities, and carrying out other work as instructed by a managing employee. This position is open to candidates across NORAM. For those based in San Diego, the role will be hybrid; for all other locations, it will be fully remote. The salary range for this position is $105-132K OTE.
