Requirements

Experienced and driven Aerospace & Defense Sales Engineer.
Desire to win and build a market.
Experience in sales, specifically within the Aerospace & Defense sector.
Ability to identify and develop relationships with key contacts.
Skills in building relationships within key accounts.
Capability to introduce new customers and generate quoting opportunities.
Willingness to travel to customers and prospects within the territory.
Understanding of customer programs, challenges, and opportunities.
Relentless follow-through.

Nice To Haves

Existing relationships within the Aerospace & Defense market.
Experience with CNC machining or precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Actively develop the Aerospace & Defense market for Advance CNC.
Identify OEMs, Tier suppliers, and other A&D organizations that are a strong fit for our capabilities.
Find and develop relationships with people who influence machining work.
Build multiple relationships within key accounts.
Get Advance CNC in front of new customers and create opportunities to quote.
Visit customers and prospects throughout your territory.
Understand customer programs, pain points, sourcing challenges, and future opportunities.
Follow through relentlessly until there is a clear yes, no, or next step.
