Sales Enablement

ReductoSan Francisco, CA

About The Position

Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy. The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale. We've grown incredibly quickly, growing revenue by 8x YOY, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm). We've raised over $100M from world class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring an Enablement Manager who can architect how our GTM team learns, understands, and articulates Reducto's product value to customers — translating product strategy into field readiness, driving product adoption, and turning every new feature into measurable customer impact. This is a senior IC role that owns the full lifecycle of product enablement across presales and post-sales GTM - from discovery and curriculum design through delivery, measurement, and iteration. You will partner closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure every customer-facing teammate can confidently sell, implement, and expand Reducto.

  • Thrived in high-growth environments where adaptability is essential.
  • Expert in designing engaging, results-oriented training grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Can produce video tutorials, e-learning modules, certifications, webinars, and live sessions that people actually retain — not just complete.

  • Understand the AI/ML landscape and know how to make a sophisticated product feel obvious to both technical and business buyers.
  • Define KPIs, track enablement ROI, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, expansion impact, and NPS are second nature, and you can present clear, data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Build trust quickly across product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Can align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and turn product roadmaps into coordinated GTM motion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for any audience.
