About The Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist increases sales representatives’ productivity by integrating directly into sales teams and taking full ownership of the pre-sales process, ensuring that the “lead-to-order” (LTO) journey is seamless, efficient, and consistent across the organization. This role is the driving force behind sales execution: it allows sales representatives to focus on selling by managing the tools, workflows, and administrative steps that support the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an operational partner to sales managers during weekly meetings
  • Participate in sales team meetings to report issues related to customer relationship management (CRM) or quote generation, monitor the pipeline and the quality of leads, and share relevant sales tools, templates, or resources
  • Support transactions by preparing quote files, formatting proposals, and tailoring documents to the client’s context
  • Assist sales representatives with process compliance, quote stages, CRM updates, and other steps needed to move files forward
  • Coordinate support for quotes and contracts
  • Ensure that every step of the LTO process is followed and functions correctly, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, generating quotes, approval workflows, and contract handoff
  • Identify and resolve gaps in workflows, flag obstacles, and improve execution speed
  • Ensure CRM data quality by monitoring key fields (amount, closing date, contract start date, probability)
  • Train sales representatives on proper CRM usage and support the integration of new tools
  • Conduct a weekly data pre-audit to ensure the accuracy of reports for management
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams to ensure that incoming and outgoing leads are tracked, routed, and processed in a timely manner
  • Manage quote workflows, document flows, and client documentation to ensure accuracy and timely execution
  • Support the onboarding of sales representatives through structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day onboarding plans, including access to tools, system setup, and process guidance
  • Ensure that sales representatives are able to become productive quickly and consistently follow the processes for converting leads into orders (LTO)
  • Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, and sales managers to support lead generation initiatives across inbound and outbound channels
  • Assist sales reps in executing campaigns, including messaging, targeting, CRM tagging, sequencing, and best practices for follow-up
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead activity, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Support pipeline growth by ensuring that leads are properly processed, tracked, and nurtured throughout the sales process
  • Provide ongoing training and knowledge reinforcement on CRM, quoting tools, proposal workflows, lead management, and lead-to-order (LTO) processes
  • Facilitate onboarding and continuous development through structured training plans, coaching, and role-based empowerment
  • Develop and maintain process guides, manuals, templates, work tools, and quick-reference documents to support sales representatives’ success
  • Encourage the adoption of sales tools, systems, and processes through regular coaching, effective communication, and performance reinforcement
