The Sales Enablement Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for providing operational, analytical, and coordination support to the Sales organization. This position serves as the backbone of a newly established Sales Enablement function and directly supports Broker Distribution and Business Development teams. The role focuses on RFP and proposal coordination, Salesforce pipeline administration, sales communications, meeting and event support, and market intelligence gathering.
