About The Position

Safeguard Global is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to empower its sales teams to sell with confidence, clarity, and value. This role is part of a Global Enablement Team focused on driving exponential growth. The manager will play a key role in driving performance across New Logo, Client Growth, and Partnership teams. Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Enablement, the individual will build and deliver programs to elevate how teams position Safeguard Global’s value in client conversations, with a particular emphasis on the account growth sales motion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires a blend of strategy, coaching, and facilitation to ensure every seller is equipped to win.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership, ideally within a global B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or consultative sales environment.
  • Strong command of value-based selling frameworks and experience embedding them in diverse teams.
  • Track record of improving close rates and sales performance through targeted coaching and enablement programs.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to engage, influence, and inspire across cultures.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance analytics into actionable coaching.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute enablement plans aligned to growth priorities and the global sales strategy.
  • Coach and develop sales talent 1:1, focusing on discovery, value articulation, and closing excellence.
  • Deliver engaging group training sessions, both live and virtual, to strengthen sales capabilities and consistency.
  • Embed value-based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN) into everyday sales motion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps, define competencies, and support continuous development.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align messaging and ensure consistent customer narratives.
  • Measure enablement impact through data-driven insights on win rates, deal velocity, and time-to-productivity.
  • Support onboarding and certification to accelerate ramp and confidence for new hires.
