About The Position

Pixability is seeking a Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to own the creation and execution of enablement resources for its revenue teams. This role will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to equip teams with the necessary messaging, training, tools, and content to drive pipeline growth and customer success. While product marketing experience is valued, the primary focus is on sales enablement execution, including collateral creation, training development, playbook management, and ongoing support for client-facing teams. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller, trainer, and operator.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, revenue enablement, or B2B marketing within ad tech, martech, SaaS, media, or digital advertising.
  • Strong experience creating client-facing sales collateral and enablement resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver training programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong presentation development skills with attention to clarity, storytelling, and design quality.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in video advertising, YouTube, CTV, programmatic, or digital media ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with agency and brand advertiser workflows.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise sales organizations.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience supporting GTM strategy and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable enablement resources and collateral for Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, solution briefs, FAQs, objection-handling guides, etc.
  • Build onboarding and ongoing training programs for revenue teams on products, positioning, competitive landscape, industry trends, and platform updates.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement gaps and improve seller effectiveness across the funnel.
  • Manage and organize internal enablement resources to ensure teams can easily access current materials and messaging.
  • Support major GTM initiatives, product launches, and strategic client opportunities with tailored enablement content and communications.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support positioning and sales conversations.
  • Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and the market to inform messaging and content priorities.
