About The Position
The Manager, Product Enablement establishes and leads the Product Enablement function for the CaseBuilder platform. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services. This role owns customer-facing documentation, release readiness, and documentation governance to ensure every software release is accompanied by accurate, consistent, and implementation-ready product information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in product enablement, technical documentation, implementation, or related software roles.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile software development and collaboration platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Enterprise SaaS experience.
- Public safety software experience.
- Experience with AI tools, or a strong interest in learning and applying AI to role-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Enablement function.
- Own customer-facing documentation strategy and governance.
- Maintain User Guides, Administrator Guides, Configuration Guides, and implementation documentation.
- Own Release Notes, release communications, and release handoff packages.
- Establish documentation standards, templates, and quality reviews.
- Lead AI-enabled documentation initiatives.
- Create and maintain training SCORM files for strategic client.
- Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, QA, Professional Services, Support, and Product Management.
- Measure documentation effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
