About The Position

Pano AI is seeking a Sales Enablement & Deal Desk Coordinator to act as the operational backbone of its commercial team. This role bridges Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations, ensuring revenue teams have the necessary systems, content, processes, and support for effective execution. The position aims to boost seller productivity, expedite deal closure, manage complex procurement, and create operational efficiency across the go-to-market organization. The impact of this role will be measured by its success in reducing sales process friction, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and allowing teams to concentrate on revenue-generating activities. This is a high-visibility role in a rapidly expanding, well-funded company, offering broad exposure to Sales Enablement, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, and Strategic Projects, with direct reporting lines to business leaders. There is a clear path for upward growth into Revenue Operations leadership, with opportunities to shape the function and scale alongside the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, or a related go-to-market support function within a B2B technology company.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success improving workflows, operational processes, or systems that increased team productivity and execution efficiency.
  • Experience supporting contracts, approvals, commercial processes, procurement activities, or complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience coordinating RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, security questionnaires, or other customer procurement requirements.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and familiarity with modern revenue technology platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, CPQ, or contract management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales enablement and field readiness by acting as the liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure effective activation of campaigns, content, product updates, competitive insights, and messaging.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, sales communications, and enablement initiatives, ensuring sellers have access to necessary tools, resources, and collateral.
  • Own commercial coordination and deal execution by quarterbacking internal processes from proposal to close, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to coordinate approvals, contracts, security questionnaires, pricing requests, and commercial workflows.
  • Lead RFP and procurement response management by owning the coordination of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring timely, accurate, and organized submissions.
  • Improve systems, processes, and operational scalability by continuously evaluating workflows, systems, reporting, and operational processes to identify areas for enhancement, supporting initiatives in Salesforce, HubSpot, reporting, lead management, and workflow optimization.
  • Identify problems, recommend solutions, and improve operational workflows across the organization.
