The District Modality Leader (DML) for Magnetic Resonance is the knowledge expert on MR product sales and positioning across their assigned district. Operating as a franchise owner, the DML drives overall modality strategy, provides deep clinical and technical expertise across all accounts in the territory, and develops individualized plans for each Imaging Account Manager (IAM) to maximize market visibility, market share, and revenue growth. This role requires exceptional ability to lead, influence, and hold cross-functional peers accountable without direct management authority. Preferred locations for a candidate would be major markets in Ohio or Pittsburgh. Your role: Own the DXR business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance. Develop and execute district and territory-level CT growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs. Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals. Act as the district’s DXR expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers. Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support. Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.
