About The Position

PepsiCo Sales is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead the Water & Energy portfolio for Walmart. This role is crucial for driving end-to-end commercial strategy and execution, aiming to deliver significant topline growth, profit, and share gains. The Sales Director will shape long-term strategy within a complex, omnichannel business, influencing both internal stakeholders and senior Walmart merchant leadership to foster category growth, unlock new consumption occasions, and solidify PepsiCo's position as a strategic partner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
A minimum of 10 years of fact-based selling experience
Consumer packaged goods experience
Must have a valid driver's license
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end business performance (NR, Volume, VGP) for the Water & Energy portfolio at Walmart.
Lead customer strategy, joint business planning (CFP), and direct engagement with senior merchants.
Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, RGM, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build and execute annual plans and enterprise initiatives.
Set and execute strategy by leveraging data, insights, and strong commercial discipline to drive topline growth, profitability, share gains & omnichannel performance.
Operate as a key enterprise leader, influencing without authority across a highly matrixed organization and representing the business in senior forums (e.g., JACT, QBP).
Drive change and transformation initiatives with resilience and agility, including marketplace execution, innovation, and omnichannel activation.
Demonstrate strong leadership presence with high emotional intelligence, developing talent, managing complex priorities, and delivering clear, compelling customer-facing storytelling.
