About The Position

Spring Gardens Assisted Living in Peoria, Arizona, is seeking an experienced sales professional to serve as Sales Director. The role involves meeting with prospective residents and their loved ones as they consider senior living options, helping them navigate the transition into the community, and contributing to an environment where residents and team members can thrive. The Sales Director generates and manages leads, qualifies prospects, and guides them through the move-in process. Working with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales, the role helps develop and execute a strategic marketing plan. The Sales Director is accountable for budgeted occupancy targets and works with the team to attract prospective residents through outreach, community tours, and events.

Requirements

Previous work experience in senior living.
Results- and goal-driven approach.
Previous experience in marketing and sales; 2+ years stated.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of computer systems and programs.
Organization and diligence in creative prospect follow-up.

Nice To Haves

A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the move-in process.
Build trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and community tours.

Implement approaches to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
