About The Position

The posting describes two sales roles at Kroll. The Sales Director, Private Capital Markets Valuation Platform owns new-business growth and expansion for an enterprise valuation technology platform sold to private markets managers. The role requires domain fluency in valuation processes across credit and equity, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software sales cycles. The Sales Director, Kroll StepStone Private Credit Benchmarks owns new-business and subscription growth for an independent private-credit data product that includes deal comparables and indicators such as PIK analytics. The role sells recurring access to differentiated data and analytics to institutional buyers, and requires experience with subscription sales of financial data, analytics, indexes, or benchmarks.

  • Demonstrated ability to carry and achieve a quota selling recurring data or analytics products rather than one-off services.
  • Fluency in private markets, ideally private credit, sufficient to discuss how data is used in pricing, benchmarking, and risk.
  • Comfort selling to institutional buyers across data, research, risk, and investment functions.
