Springbrook is seeking a strategic, high-performing Sales Director to lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives in the West region focused on acquiring new logo business and expanding existing customer relationships within the Small and Medium Government Agency market. This individual will play a critical leadership role in accelerating revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture. The Sales Director is a proven SaaS sales leader with experience managing complex ERP, GovTech, or highly regulated industry sales cycles and developing quota-carrying Account Executives in a hunting-oriented environment. The successful leader will bring a strong operational mindset, deep coaching capability, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on deal support. This individual understands how to motivate teams, improve execution, and drive consistent performance across prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, discovery, value-based selling, negotiation, and close. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization where leadership is accessible, collaboration is valued, and innovation is prioritized.
