For more information, visit https://www.xapads.com. As Sales Director, you will lead revenue growth and market development for Xapads Media in the United States. This role is responsible for building relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing Xapads as a reliable partner in the market. You will work closely with global teams across product, supply, and operations to deliver effective solutions aligned with client needs. This is a hands -on role, requiring both strategic thinking and direct contribution to sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the US advertising ecosystem, including agencies and programmatic buying models
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals independently
  • Established relationships with agencies and advertisers
  • Experience with IO -based sales environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
  • Comfortable engaging in solution -based or SaaS -oriented sales conversations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across CTV, video, mobile, or performance -driven solutions
  • Familiarity with YouTube and video advertising ecosystems
  • Exposure to global campaign execution or international markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Xapads Media’s presence in the US market
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, advertisers, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Present and position Xapads’ solutions across CTV, video, mobile, and performance channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure and account growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to inform sales approach
  • Represent Xapads in client meetings, industry events, and relevant forums
  • Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
