This is a hands-on, fast paced leadership role where no two days look the same. From coaching and developing a high-performing team to analyzing sales performance, improving conversion, and championing new technology and AI-driven ways of working, you'll have real ownership and the opportunity to make a significant impact on one of our most important growth markets. You'll balance people leadership, commercial performance, and continuous improvement—spotting opportunities in the data, solving challenges, and collaborating with teams across the business to create outstanding customer experiences and drive sustainable growth. The Sales Director (North America) will report to our Head of Sales, Jasper Verlaan, and plays a big part in the expansion and success of Macs Adventure.
