McCormick is seeking a Sales Director, Pepsi to join their US Flavor Solutions Team. This role will be based in either an office or remote setting and will report to the VP, Pepsi Sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing and growing the US relationship with the largest global Flavor Solutions customer, PepsiCo US, which currently drives $575 million in revenue and $127 million in gross profit. This position acts as the primary commercial point of contact for PepsiCo US, responsible for developing and implementing US business plans and holding P&L responsibility for the US PepsiCo business. The role also requires collaboration with the PepsiCo US cross-functional team, which includes over 40 professionals in sales, product development, supply chain, finance, quality, regulatory, procurement, marketing, and sustainability, all dedicated to providing best-in-class innovation, service, and quality to the customer.
