This high-impact role involves leading distribution recruitment, relationship management, and sales growth for a product portfolio that includes Whole Life, Universal Life, IUL, and Term Life. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional focused on building agency partnerships, driving production, and serving as a trusted business partner to producers. The role is expected to be a hybrid work arrangement, ideally based out of the Coral Gables, FL office.
