About The Position

Vision33 is expanding its sales team and seeking a motivated bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to its established SAP Business One practice. In this role, you will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, introduce the value of SAP Business One and Vision33's managed services, and guide them towards suitable solutions. This is a new role within the sales team, offering the chance to make an immediate impact and shape its future. You will have the opportunity to earn monthly incentives based on target KPIs, with accelerator opportunities. The role is supported by strong and experienced leadership and sales team, emphasizing collaboration and drive for success.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in French (minimal conversational proficiency) and English.

  • Minimum 1-3 years in sales.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B, digital marketing, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Sales Tools Knowledge a Plus: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, zoominfo, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as proficiency with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop High-Quality Leads & Accelerate Pipeline Growth within our target markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build demand across digital channels, align demand generation efforts with business goals, and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops to improve MQL to SQL conversion.
  • Pursue contacts in the buying cycle identified by leading AI tools, digital advertising, paid search, social media, and email campaigns, and more, in order to qualify leads.
  • Analyze Key Metrics including industry, customer, and sales metrics to establish key relationships with potential clients.
  • Use Industry Leading AI & Marketing Tools such as HubSpot, Google, and LinkedIn, to manage lead generation KPIs (MQLs to SQLs to SALs) and conversion rates.
  • Support the Sales Team by utilizing data, collaborating with internal teams, and establishing sales opportunities.
  • Attend events and network: In many ways you’ll be the face of SAP Business One at Vision33. You will network with industry professionals and build a pipeline that creates valuable sales leads. Attending events and conferences will be required – meaning some local travel is essential for success in this role.
