About The Position

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division is seeking an innovative and results-driven ERP Solutions Analyst to serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution. In this critical role, the selected candidate will optimize, support, and enhance the State’s core CGI Advantage 4.0 Human Resource Management (HRM) and Financial systems. Operating at the intersection of business operations and technology, the analyst will translate complex agency needs into functional requirements, lead impactful process improvements, and maintain overall system stability through proactive troubleshooting and configuration management. Beyond traditional ERP maintenance, the position plays an active role in driving agency modernization by automating workflows using platforms like n8n and harnessing AI-enabled tools, including Google Gemini and NotebookLM, to elevate overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, demonstrated proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring that enterprise technology directly supports and advances the State's operational objectives. Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM and Financial systems, ensuring system stability and coordinating resolutions with technical staff and vendors.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, leading process mapping exercises, and translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Managing SQL queries, performing data reconciliation, and supporting ETL processes (Pentaho Data Integration) to ensure high data quality and provide accurate reporting.
  • Developing workflow automations (n8n) and integrating AI-enabled productivity tools (Google Gemini, NotebookLM) to optimize existing business processes.
  • Participating in project planning, providing end-user training for new features, and maintaining documentation/standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain availability and flexibility to support production deployments, critical patch windows, and post-implementation troubleshooting, which may occasionally require work outside of standard business hours to ensure system continuity.
