As a Kadence SDR, you’ll be an outbound trailblazer, tasked with identifying and qualifying promising leads that could transform into long-lasting partnerships as we help organizations make hybrid work. You will be equipped with all the tools you need to increase your reach through email, social, and phone calls. As you hone your skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement, you'll be building a solid foundation for future growth in our fast-growing sales division. Working closely with our Director of Business Development, this person will be driven by the desire to meet and exceed our aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • A drive to work in a fast-paced, international, and ever-changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers.
  • Set appointments using email, social, and phone calls and confirm demos.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching personal and team targets.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships.
