The Sales Development Representative supports a remote sales team and is responsible for generating new business via inbound and outbound phone opportunity qualification. This role involves performing outbound calling, following up on inbound sales inquiries, scheduling meetings and demos for sales Territory Managers, promoting Tenable events and webinars, researching target accounts, and managing contact and account databases. The representative is expected to make 50+ calls per day and generate at least 7 new meetings/demos per week. Other related duties as assigned are also part of the role. The position is hybrid/onsite in Columbia, MD.
