The Sales Development Representative is a critical member of the True North Insights revenue organization, responsible for driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation across corporate, consulting, and financial services markets. This role serves as the foundation of our go-to-market motion—directly supporting senior sales reps through disciplined outbound prospecting, strategic account mapping, and consistent meeting generation. The SDR will be expected to develop a strong command of their target accounts, engage decision-makers through a combination of high-volume cold calling and tailored written outreach, and build lasting penetration across complex organizations. Success in this role requires a high standard of daily execution, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to represent True North Insights with professionalism and credibility at every touchpoint.
