About The Position

Solera is seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their growing SMB Fleet team. This role is designed for individuals who want to own pipeline, work real opportunities, and develop skills for a long-term career in sales. The SDR will manage a 50/50 mix of inbound and outbound leads, engage with prospects, and contribute directly to revenue. This is an opportunity to be part of a team being built from the ground up, with hands-on coaching, strong leadership, and clear advancement opportunities in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Connect with businesses to understand their needs and introduce Solera’s solutions
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to move opportunities forward
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow up on marketing-driven leads
  • Consistently hit activity and pipeline goals (calls, meetings, opportunities)
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales processes to track and manage opportunities
