About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are a central part of our sales team and the first point of contact for potential new customers. You identify and qualify new leads, understand the requirements of companies in the catering industry, and thus strategically expand our sales pipeline. With a good sense for the right contact persons and a clear, individual approach, you lay the foundation for successful customer relationships and arrange qualified appointments for our sales team. In your role, you actively contribute to establishing our SaaS solution in the market and accompanying menio on its journey to become "The leading platform for catering companies worldwide".

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for B2B Sales
  • Enjoy making phone calls and are strong in communication and negotiation
  • A keen sense for your contact persons and always strike the right tone – on the phone, in video conferences, or via email
  • Communicate confidently in German. If you speak another language – even better!
  • A strong customer and service orientation are a matter of course for you, as is initiative and independent work
  • A friendly and professional demeanor completes your profile

Responsibilities

  • Identify & qualify leads: You recognize potential early and evaluate new contacts in a structured manner.
  • Build & develop sales pipeline: You ensure a continuously filled pipeline and keep an overview.
  • Proactive customer outreach: Whether by phone, email, or LinkedIn – you actively approach potential new customers.
  • First contact & understand needs: You convince contact persons from the catering industry of our SaaS solution and clarify initial questions.
  • Arrange appointments: You organize qualified discussions for our Sales Managers and create the basis for closing deals.
  • Offers & sales support: You participate in the creation of offers and support in operational sales.
  • CRM maintenance & documentation: You keep all activities in the CRM system clean and traceable.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Together, you optimize lead generation and further develop existing processes.
