About The Position

Incident IQ is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate interest and qualify leads among target school districts in assigned territories. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Leader, the SDR works closely with field sales to identify target districts and implement outreach cadences. The Sales Development Team emphasizes culture and collaboration. Employees in this role are required to work together in one of the company’s Alpharetta or Atlanta offices 2–3 days per week. The role carries quota and activity metrics, represents Incident IQ at industry and marketing events, and partners strategically with field sales on go-to-market strategy.
