Requirements

  • Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, business development, customer success, or a related field.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging professionals.
  • Organized, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Professional presence when interacting with executives.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of relevant professional experience are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an SDR, BDR, recruiter, or staffing professional.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM platforms, or recruiting software.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with executive-level candidates by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify candidates and schedule meetings for senior recruiters.
  • Research target companies and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Support executive search projects from initial outreach through interview coordination.
  • Manage recruiting activity using CRM and recruiting technology.
  • Collaborate with experienced recruiters to develop recruiting and business development strategies.
