About The Position

Highwire, a Veriforce company, is the Contractor Success Platform for asset owners, general contractors, and facilities managers. The world’s most admired organizations use Highwire to ensure their contractors and subcontractors deliver great work, on budget and on schedule, by collaborating with them to dynamically mitigate safety, financial, quality, and sustainability risks during capital projects and facilities maintenance. To support this growth, we’re looking for a competitive, adaptable, and driven individual to join our inside sales team and grow our network of contractors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone just starting their sales career or transitioning from other industries like retail, restaurants, or hospitality. The SDR team is dedicated to enrolling new contractors, renewing existing contractors, and proactively identifying opportunities to ensure they’re getting the most value out of their experience on our platform. As an SDR, your mission is to expand the number of contractors using our platform through the renewal process.

  • Some exposure to high-volume sales (telesales, business development) or other fast-paced customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants).

Responsibilities

  • Renew existing customers before their Highwire subscription expires.
  • Enroll new customers.
  • Meet monthly revenue goals.
  • Handle objections from customers.
  • Partner with Account Managers and enterprise clients to collaborate on solutions that enable successful renewal campaigns.
