About The Position

This is an anticipatory need for 1+ SDRs to join ProcedureFlow, with potential start dates in Q2 or Q3 2026. The company is seeking a pool of qualified candidates interested in working with their software, which simplifies complex processes for organizations across various industries. This role is heavily outbound-focused, utilizing the phone as the primary tool for prospecting, booking meetings, building pipeline, and driving revenue. The SDR will prospect into healthcare, government, utilities, financial services, and retail sectors, targeting organizations with a growing need for AI-readiness and structured process knowledge. The ideal candidate is resilient to rejection, comfortable with cold calling, and takes pride in booking quality meetings.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
  • Comfortable with cold calling daily.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers at the director and VP level.
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage a high volume of activity without dropping the ball.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or a comparable platform.
  • Clear communication skills, with sharp and effective emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and hold yourself accountable to targets.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or have a valid Canadian work permit, and live in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent practical experience is also valued).
  • Experience selling into or prospecting within healthcare, government, utilities, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, or similar).
  • Understanding of AI, knowledge management, or contact centre technology.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily as the primary method of prospecting.
  • Book qualified meetings with senior and director-level contacts across target accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach sequences combining phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain an organized prospect list for ongoing outbound campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing, events, and campaigns.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Log all activity, lead data, and next steps accurately in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, ICP, and campaign priorities.
  • Learn and communicate the Procedureflow value proposition clearly and confidently.
