About The Position

Ivo is seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This is a critical role as one of the first sales hires, with the opportunity to directly impact the company's growth and success. Ivo is a contract intelligence platform that uses AI to revolutionize how agreements are reviewed, serving major clients like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. The company has experienced significant growth, raising a Series B and growing 800% in the last 12 months.

Requirements

2+ years of work experience as a SDR/BDR
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in reaching out to prospects and initiating meaningful conversations.
Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the desire to grow in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Quick learner with a strong interest in technology, AI, and the legal tech space.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients, focusing on expanding reach in the legal tech and enterprise sectors.
Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and other channels to build a solid sales pipeline for Account Executives.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand potential clients' needs and convey the value of Ivo’s product.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a consistent message.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to effectively position Ivo’s product.
