About The Position

Cira Apps is a SaaS company building solutions that enhance Microsoft 365 productivity for iPhone and Android business users. Our flagship product, CiraSync, helps more than 12,000 companies automate contact and calendar management—driving measurable productivity gains and cost savings across the enterprise. We’re a B2B provider trusted by organizations from 10 to 10,000 employees. Our team is smart, humble, and relentlessly focused on customer delight—our current NPS is 65, and our customers love our products. Our CRM is Salesforce. We’re growing and have a high volume of inbound sales inquiries, including active trial prospects. We’re hiring high‑energy, dynamic Sales Development Representatives who can confidently manage inbound activity and, overtime, outbound prospecting. You’ll engage prospects worldwide via email, phone, and video, rapidly assess business needs, present the right solution, and own the entire sales cycle from qualification to close. This is a full‑time, remote role covering both US and European time zones. This posting is for a current job opening.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role with a strong track record (internships, projects, or early‑career wins count).
  • 0–1 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in IT Enterprise Software.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team.
  • Strong, professional communication skills in English—written and verbal—with great listening skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and the discipline to manage them.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations (virtual and phone).
  • Drive, grit, team‑orientation—a strong desire to compete and win.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert with lead generation tools to build targeted prospect lists.
  • Proactively prospect freemium accounts with relevant, human touches.
  • Qualify prospects using targeted, relevant questions; nurture them and understand needs prior to an initial sales meeting.
  • Schedule discovery calls for our Customer Success Team and consistently meet/exceed monthly quotas for attended discovery calls.
  • Execute multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social) using a sales development platform.
  • Counter top‑of‑funnel objections gracefully—demonstrating excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build and execute account communication plans.
  • Coordinate demos with Sales Engineering and log all activities in Salesforce.
  • Conduct thorough research and mine our existing database to build monthly call lists.
  • Close sales by educating prospects on our product value and guiding them through the buying process.
