Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound phone-based account development, sales, or customer service, preferably in software.
  • Proven ability to confidently interact, communicate, and build rapport with decision-makers at all professional levels.
  • Demonstrated success as a self-starter with the discipline to manage high-volume daily outreach, research, and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and advanced web search strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience navigating enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Experience utilizing multiple sales software platforms outside of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industries.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead outbound lead generation by engaging prospective buyers in meaningful dialogue to uncover early-stage opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Account Executives to build targeted call strategies, achieve monthly quotas, and expand new business pipelines.
  • Engage directly with key construction and maintenance decision-makers across multiple channels to analyze operational gaps and deliver tailored digital solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to optimize lead qualification and drive high-impact promotional campaigns.
  • Master and maintain the sales tech stack in Salesforce to ensure seamless opportunity tracking, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
