As a Sales Development Representative, you will own the front end of the sales funnel, driving lead generation efforts, qualifying prospects, and creating opportunities that fuel company growth. You will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective customers, sharing the Transfr story and demonstrating the value of our solutions. This is a full-time, remote position but requires residence within your assigned territory, with the ability to travel in your territory 4-8 times a year or more as needed. Location: This position is 100% remote. However, candidates must be located in the Pacific (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zones to support collaboration with the team and business operations. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 + uncapped commission. This role is eligible to participate in the company’s variable compensation and equity program. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity considerations.
