Requirements

Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
0-3 years of professional experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

Build Relationships Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach.
Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges.
Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency.
Grow the Business Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts.
Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals.
Stay Organized Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce.
Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills.
