This role is open at both Associate and Senior Associate levels. Responsibilities, scope, and expectations will be aligned to experience. You will join our Customer Base Sales and Sales Development team selling into enterprise level clients across the world. You will work inside our Sales & Marketing function with a core focus on opportunity creation and demand generation. You will join a high performing team that thrives in a high-performance environment. We are an international and super fun team that is diverse and collaborative. Identifying opportunity to grow ARR and product installation within an existing base of customers in your defined territory. You will be the first Sales Development lead for our customer base across a set of defined Accounts Globally. You will work in partnership with a group of highly experienced account managers who will work in close partnership with you providing 1:1 mentorship and a close knit group of peers to work alongside. This role will have the opportunity to develop the Customer Base Sales Development function and provides room for growth as the function expands. At Kainos we have a flexible work model and you will be able to enjoy a mix of 50% onsite with customers or in our office and 50% remote work.
