As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and building valuable relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, promoting the benefits of Go1's learning platform, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Collaboration with the sales team will be essential to meet our company's sales targets.

Requirements

  • Passion and an appetite for success; self-motivated, results-driven, and hungry to make an impact.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and engage with diverse individuals.
  • Fearlessness on the phone and confidence in making outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain order.
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with SaaS tech-stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Hubspot.
  • Eagerness to learn and master tools that drive success.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the world of online learning and corporate training.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Making high-volume outbound calls and crafting compelling emails to introduce Go1's solutions.
  • Identifying key decision-makers within organizations and building relationships.
  • Conducting needs analysis to determine how Go1 can meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop strategies for qualified leads.
  • Updating the CRM system with lead interaction and activity information.
  • Researching industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to position Go1 effectively.
  • Contributing to improving sales processes and strategies in team meetings and training sessions.
