Sales Development Representative - Denver

Hightouch•Denver, CO
•$100,000 - $100,000

About The Position

Hightouch is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives by initiating relevant, well-researched conversations with data and marketing leaders at large brands. This is not a volume-only role: the SDR is expected to use judgment in choosing accounts, determining why prospects should care now, and assessing whether booked meetings become real opportunities. The SDR will develop account strategies, communicate with buyers across data and marketing teams, use outreach channels and AI research tools thoughtfully, and collaborate with Account Executives. The role provides structured onboarding, weekly coaching, and clear competencies for career growth. Hightouch views this team as a pipeline for future Account Executives and leaders.

Requirements

  • Preparation and planning skills, including researching, prioritizing, and following a deliberate daily rhythm.
  • Intrinsic drive to maintain energy and standards through rejection and change without relying on outside motivation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including making direct asks and keeping partners informed.
  • Coachability, including seeking feedback, applying it, and explaining what changed as a result.
  • Resilience and ability to recover from setbacks, adjust an approach, and resume work.
  • Curiosity about data, marketing technology, and how large companies use customer data.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

  • Use AI tools such as Glean, Claude, and Nooks to research efficiently while retaining ownership of messaging and judgment.
  • Partner weekly with Account Executives on account strategy and provide clear written context when handing off meetings.
