As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Global Marketing organization, you will play a critical role in the top of our revenue funnel, bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales. Serving as the first impression of Agilysys, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging net new prospects via outbound outreach, qualifying and nurturing inbound interest, and securing impactful conversations for our Sales Executives. Success in this role means consistently generating qualified pipeline by identifying high-value opportunities, with specific goals tied to number of sales accepted opportunities, pipeline generated and contribution to revenue. With knowledge of key industry trends (guest experience, personalization, automation and AI), you will help prospects understand how connected hospitality technology, and increasingly AI, can transform how organizations serve guests and run operations.
