About The Position

We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in high-quality lead generation for high-value B2C industries, including: Dental Insurance, Energy, Home Security, Aesthetics, and Mobility. Our clients are established European companies with significant marketing budgets, internal sales teams, and ambitious growth goals. We are building a scalable international commercial department and are looking for a driven SDR to help accelerate our expansion across Spain and Italy. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. You will work directly with senior sales leadership and play a key role in building predictable pipeline and fueling business growth.

Requirements

  • Native or professional-level Spanish and Italian
  • Professional-level English
  • Proven experience as: SDR, BDR, Outbound sales representative, Appointment setter
  • Strong outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience with: Cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold calling
  • KPI-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High resilience and self-motivation
  • Comfortable working fully remote

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B marketing services, SaaS, or agency sales
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise companies
  • Performance marketing knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect ideal customer profile (ICP) companies across Spain and Italy
  • Execute outbound campaigns via: Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, Cold calling
  • Research and engage decision-makers, including: Marketing Directors, Digital Marketing Managers, CMOs, CEOs
  • Qualify leads based on business fit and opportunity potential
  • Book qualified meetings for senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data
  • Test and optimize messaging, cadences, and outreach strategies
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to improve outbound performance
